More on Consumers' Rights
El señor enrique commented on my consumerist protection post on blogkada and had this to say:
I'm glad there are people out there like you who help others gain more awareness in terms of their rights as consumers and help people spend their hard-earned money more wisely.
He has a couple of entries which might interest you as well:
1) About the hidden defect issue with his HP laptop unit.
2) About his experience with SM's return/refund policy.
Contrary to the popular notion, I actually believe this country needs more people who complain. What separates complainants vs those who just rant is that they take action. It doesn't matter if it means blogging, raising your voice, whispering it to the water, writing a letter to the manager, or merely pointing it out in public.
We need not be too loud. We just need to speak up.
