Old blog, since 2002. Haven't updated in more than decade. Keeping it online for nostalgia feels.

How to beat spam? Be a winner!

Digg!

I just got this from my mail:

RE: AWARD NOTIFICATION

This is to inform you of the release of the GLOBAL LOTTERY INTERNATIONAL WORLD GAMING BOARD held on the 6th July 2004.

Due to the mix up of number, the results were released on the 7th August 2004. Your E-mail attached to ticket number 56739-1 with serial number 928098-0 drew the lucky numbers of 2-6-9 which consequently won the lottery in the 2nd category. You have therefore been approved for a lump sum payout of €500,000.000 (FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS) in cash credited to file with NO.GLNL/107654/04.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I guess that means I am rich! NOT! Same spam same context don't you just hate it? I guess the only way I can beat these guys is by getting a higher pagerank. Get lots of SPAM words and how to beat spam advise - all those words in this paragraph and perhaps add Experts - our new anti-spam software. Darn this guys. I hope they rot in hell and receive tons of snail mail till time tires ticking!

Do they honestly think I will believe it? Well some people may take it. I guess that means on average that the homo sapiens are a stupid breed. OR... these spammers are a different spiecies all together preying on some of the stupid humans. Just when will they stop@@ ! Grrrr....
