What is wrong with Tag-Board.com

I check my tag-board and it won't display right. I checked others and it's the same problem. Well, I'm not on a paid and enhanced version, so I won't complain much, but for the curious, I have below info on what is wrong with tag-board.com. Their website won't display at all~! Disclaimer: All info below are publicly accessible information:
First I checked their registration. No question about registration, they are paid and active. So it's all good from verisign-grs:
Domain Name: TAG-BOARD.COM
Whois Server: whois.godaddy.com
Referral URL: http://registrar.godaddy.com
Name Server: NS1.MYDOMAIN.COM
Name Server: NS2.MYDOMAIN.COM
Name Server: NS3.MYDOMAIN.COM
Name Server: NS4.MYDOMAIN.COM
Status: ACTIVE   Updated Date: 11-dec-2002
Creation Date: 01-apr-2002
Expiration Date: 01-apr-2012

I checked the following:

DNS server:
Query type:    SOA  Query:    tag-board.com
ID:   0x23E4  ID #9188
QR:   1  Response  Opcode:

Whole  RD:   1  Recursion  RA:   0
Recursion Not Available  Z:   0  0
RCODE:   2  Server Failure
QDCount:   1  1 (Question count)
(source: analogx.com)
Elsewhere via http://us.mirror.menandmice.com, it says:

;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 10
;; flags: qr rd ra; Ques: 1, Ans: 7, Auth: 4, Addit: 9
;; tag-board.com, type = ANY, class = IN
2509 SOA
ns1.mydomain.com. hostmaster.tag-board.com. ( 1090983600
serial 16384 refresh (4 hours 33 mins 4 secs)

Too complicated for me to figure out. Now I think I know what's keeping it offline. :-) it's a very difficult problem they're in!
